T-2d to Con Law

It's almost time for things to begin. The Threat Level has been elevated.

I know nothing about Con Law. With the possible exception of the fact that 'substantive due process' is about as sensible as 'slatternly virginity.'

Oh, Tony, even in your pre-finals (note: I am post-finals) stress you manage to be dismissingly amusing. ;-)
Tony, You are SUCH a party pooper. Why would you want to limit the court to the uninteresting task of announcing and interpreting the law as it is written and as it is intelligible? Rule of Law? BORING. So much more fun is to invent new law from paradox and penumbra...so long as Lawrence Tribe is dedicated to defending the indefensible from his perch atop legal academe, we drones won't end up questioning such gems as "substantive due process." We just have to be as smart as Lawrence to figure it out. That's REAL smart. W
What's substantive due process? Is that on the exam?
Your guess is as good as mine, FO.
I'm with you. The rising sense of panic that I don't actually know anything I've written down in the last week is inescapable. At this point I can't even remember my phone number...
Oh, that's easy. There's no such thing as substantive due process. QED.
I was wondering what the red button would say. You'll be fine I'm sure - just be witty in the paper and your examiner will be so amused you'll get away with not knowing stuff.
