Advice Accepted

Right... so I concentrated a bit too much on my other courses (one of which, it turns out, is unexpectedly pass/fail), so now I've got a little under 41 hours to learn all of Property Law.

Anyone with advice at this point is welcome to comment. In the meantime, the next twenty four hours are likely to be a triumph of cramming over preparation...

Advice: Condensed notes. Before each final I had chosen five or six topics out of eight to concentrate on, and condensed my notes about them into a paragraph of no more than four lines, most were lists of single words and names. When I recalled the list I could recall the point associated with that word. Hence entire papers onto a single page, and entire topics into single memorable paragraphs. Effectiveness rating: It got me a 2:1.
Gilbert's and senate/law review outlines.
I crammed for property, and it worked out. During the semester, I fell hopelessly behind, so I was desperate. I used the commercial study aid material which was pretty good for property. If you have it around, I would recommend it.
How would one have an unexpected pass/fail course? How would we find out if we have one? This might determine the amount of effort that goes into the wrap-up memo I'm currently writing... As for Property, my only advice is to take in a copy of the Lexis outline. All black letter, and more than a little helpful when the inevitable "oops, I never did get around to looking over that" moments arise.
Oh, and I have a copy of Understanding Property that I'll never look at again. Yours, if you want it.
I have advice; don't blog during the next 41 hours.
I have no doubt that it will be a glorious triumph indeed. Studying is for the birds. And the law reviewers. ;-)
